Tablet Press and Deduster
Kube Processing and Packaging supplies various Tablet Press and Deduster solutions, including, Single Punch Tablet Press, Rotary Tablet Press, Double Layer Tablet Press, High-Speed Rotary Tablet Press, and Tablet Deduster.
Liquid Filling and Capping Machine
Liquid fillers often need to have diving nozzles, and special requirements considering the complexity of the product our clients want to fill. From single head piston fillers to volumetric dual-line filling machines, the most important thing for us to know is the viscosity of the product you are wanting to fill. Once filled, we can fit on any cap which ranges in different sizes to shapes. Send us an example and we will be able to offer you a solution.
Granulators
We offer both Wet Granulation and Dry Granulation options. Some of the solutions we offer include Fluid Bed Granulators, Rapid Mixer Granulators, Oscillating Granulators, Roller Compactors, Multifunctional Mills, High-Speed Granulators and Extruders and Spheronizers.
Capsule Filler, Polisher, and Counter Machine
Kube Processing and Packaging offers various different capsule machinery. Including, Automatic Capsule Fillers, Semi-automatic Capsule Fillers, Capsule Polishers, Capsule Sorter & Polisher and Capsule Counter and Filling Machines.
Tube Filler and Sealer Machines
Ultrasonic and heat sealing, tube filler and sealers from Kube are affordable, efficient and durable. The type of material of your tube is important for us to know in order for us to recommend the correct tube filler and sealer. We also need to know the speed at which you need your tubes to be sealed.
Cartoning Machines
Cartoning Machines are suitable for cardboard case packaging of ointment medicine, glass bottle, soft package, ampoules, injections, medicine bottles, blister package for blister package, and similar package by changing the in feeder. Our machinery consists of direction folding (1-4 folds) and feeding equipment, cardboard case forming and feeding, batch number printing, sealing of case tongues at both ends, etc. The whole encasing process is finished automatically. You are able to add a hot-glue machine if necessary.
Sachet Packaging
We can do Vertical Form Seal Machines which can be used to package powder, granule, liquid, paste, cream, tablet/pill, and soft gel into small packages with three-side, four-side seal, or fin seal, packages.
We also do horizontal sachet packaging solutions as well as irregular-shaped sachet packing machines.
Labelling Machinery
Our Liquid, Filling & Capping machinery varies in functionality ranging from complex solutions to straightforward 'plug and play' lines. We will need to know what you are filling, the viscosity of the liquid you are filling, the specs of the bottle you are filling as well as the specs of the cap.
Sleeve Labelling Machinery
Our range of sleevers provide high speed, full-body and tamper evident shrink sleeving for any shape of container.

Our sleeving machines are suitable for decorative and tamper-resistant sleeving of a wide variety of products from beverages to pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
Shrink Sleeve Tunnels
Kube Processing and Packaging, offers a selection of shrink sleeve tunnels to complement our sleeve labeling machines. Depending on your application we recommend either a convection hot air tunnel, conduction steam tunnel, or an infrared radiant tunnel.
Foil Induction Sealing Machinery
Our Aluminum Foil Induction Sealer is a new generation product that adopts electromagnetic induction technical aspects. The machine is economical and easy to operate. It is used widely in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Our Aluminum Foil Induction Sealer can seal the container with aluminum foil at speeds up to 120 cpm.
